CANCELLATION POLICY

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

All guests pay a damage deposit by credit card. Deposit collected on arrival day. Damage deposit refunded by credit card within 7 days after check-out.

Damage deposit of $1,000 for condos and $2,000 for cottages.

HOUSE RULES

Smoking is not allowed.Pets are not allowed.Parties/events are not allowed.Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
